Wumu village is a beautiful Naxi mountain village about 120 kilometers north of Lijiang. Located on the banks of the Yangtze, the village allows a panoramic view of the river and the surrounding mountains and rice terraces 300 Naxi families continue to live here in a very traditional way as they have done so for centuries; and traditional rituals, family ties and festivities remain intact and are practiced even up to the present day.
